Terms of Service

By creating an account or using spon.to you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service. These Terms apply to all users — organizers who create pages and donors who contribute through them.

spon.to provides tools to create donation pages and receive contributions via third-party payment processors. We do not hold or transfer funds — all payments flow directly through Stripe to the organizer's connected account.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time with reasonable notice where possible.

You are solely responsible for the content of your page, the stated purpose of your campaign, and ensuring that funds are used as described to donors. spon.to does not verify campaigns or guarantee that funds will be used for the stated purpose.

You must not use spon.to for illegal fundraising, fraudulent campaigns, money laundering, or any activity that violates applicable law or Stripe's Acceptable Use Policy.

spon.to charges a platform fee on each successful donation. The current fee schedule is displayed in your dashboard. Payment processing fees charged by Stripe are separate and disclosed at checkout.

We may suspend or terminate your account if we believe you have violated these Terms, engaged in fraud, or otherwise caused harm to donors or to spon.to. You may delete your account at any time from your dashboard settings.

spon.to is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which spon.to operates. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.
